Areas of Law: Family Law Caroline joined the Family Law Department at Holding Redlich in 2009. Caroline was admitted into practice in 2007 having completed her articles in family law. She has practiced substantially in family law since her admission and now practices exclusively in family law in relation to both marriages and de facto relationships. Caroline has a strong interest in issues relating to children. She has widespread knowledge in children’s cases, including applications for the recovery of children. Caroline has a particular interest in negotiating arrangements for the care of children and drafting Consent Orders once arrangements are agreed.
