Wendy is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with extensive experience in all areas of family law. She applies her detailed understanding and knowledge of the law in a practical way to achieve negotiated settlements and provide high level representation for clients in Court proceedings.

Wendy has particular expertise in the accounting and legal aspects of complex financial matters. She is committed to providing her clients with practical and innovative solutions in implementing settlements involving business structures and trusts.

Wendy also acts in complex children’s matters including acting for grandparents and same sex couples.

With a focus on empowering her clients and keeping them informed at all stages of their matter, Wendy has a reputation for professionalism and empathy.

Wendy practises exclusively in family law in both marriages and de facto relationships and assists clients at the start of relationships, during relationships and after separation. She advises and represents people in all areas of family law including:

Paul is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. He has practised in all areas of Family Law since 1993.

Paul has a particular interest in preparing binding prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements for defacto couples.

Paul speaks French and has extensive experience dealing with international cases involving France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and the USA.

Family Law is a broad area of practice. Paul has experience dealing with:

  • The division of the assets of a marriage or defacto relationship
  • Untangling family company, trust and business structures
  • Dealing with the children of a couple who have separated and the time those children spend with each parent

Marita is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with substantial experience in all areas of family law.

Marita combines a thorough understanding of the law with a practical and realistic approach to resolve even the most intractable family law disputes.

She is a skilled negotiator and advocate for her clients. Where a negotiated outcome is not possible, Marita uses her extensive knowledge and experience to act assertively on behalf of her clients in Court proceedings.

Marita's clients value her professionalism and her understanding and caring approach. She is committed to the highest levels of client service.

Marita practises exclusively in family law in relation to marriages and de facto relationships. She assists people with a range of matters from straight forward settlements to legally complex disputes. Her expertise includes an in depth knowledge and experience in superannuation matters.

Caroline joined the Family Law Department at Holding Redlich in 2009. Caroline was admitted into practice in 2007 having completed her articles in family law.

She has practiced substantially in family law since her admission and now practices exclusively in family law in relation to both marriages and de facto relationships.

Caroline has a strong interest in issues relating to children. She has widespread knowledge in children’s cases, including applications for the recovery of children. Caroline has a particular interest in negotiating arrangements for the care of children and drafting Consent Orders once arrangements are agreed.

Caroline has substantial experience in assisting clients in Intervention Order cases. She acts both on behalf of clients applying for Intervention Orders and client’s contesting Applications for Intervention Orders.

Caroline also has a strong interest in property and financial matters. Caroline has particular experience in negotiating financial matters while separated parties remain living under the same roof.
