Areas of Law: Family Law Caroline joined the Family Law Department at Holding Redlich in 2009. Caroline was admitted into practice in 2007 having completed her articles in family law. She has practiced substantially in family law since her admission and now practices exclusively in family law in relation to both marriages and de facto relationships. Caroline has a strong interest in issues relating to children. She has widespread knowledge in children’s cases, including applications for the recovery of children. Caroline has a particular interest in negotiating arrangements for the care of children and drafting Consent Orders once arrangements are agreed. Caroline has substantial experience in assisting clients in Intervention Order cases. She acts both on behalf of clients applying for Intervention Orders and client’s contesting Applications for Intervention Orders. Caroline also has a strong interest in property and financial matters. Caroline has particular experience in negotiating financial matters while separated parties remain living under the same roof.
