You may want to file a Divorce Application yourself. We can help you with this. Or, you may find it easier for us to prepare the Divorce Application, serve it on your spouse and finalise the divorce process for you. We will then attend the divorce hearing to ensure that the divorce is granted as quickly as possible. Some divorces are more complicated, for example you may have continued to live together in the same house after separating. In these situations, we can prepare the additional documents needed to satisfy the Court requirements and obtain the divorce.
